Jordan Kember joined Mix Sanders Thompson in 2024 as an associate attorney after graduating from Seattle University School of Law.
Jordan earned a B.A. in Human Services from Western Washington University. Prior to law school, Jordan was a social worker for four years assisting at-risk youth and families obtain necessary services for physical and behavioral health challenges. Jordan also earned a Master of Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
During law school, Jordan externed at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in the Felony Trial Unit. He also was a law clerk for the Washington State Attorney’s General Office (WA AGO) in the Antitrust Division working on deposition summaries and discovery review. Additionally, Jordan worked as a Rule 9 Legal Intern in the Social & Health Services Division at the WA AGO appearing in court representing the WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families in civil dependency, guardianship, and termination juvenile cases. While awaiting bar exam results, he worked as a paralegal in the Antitrust Division at the WA AGO supporting attorneys during a four-week complex merger trial in King County Superior Court. State of Washington v. The Kroger Co., et al., Case No. 24-2-00977-9 SEA.
Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys running, writing music, and playing with his two young and high-spirited kids.
