George founded the firm in 2010 as a solo practitioner after experiencing generally accepted inefficiencies in the legal market. Since then, the firm has rapidly grown due to its innovative approach to running a law office and efficiently handling complex cases.
George’s legal career began in the Tort Claims Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. It was 1998 and he was a junior in college, eager to learn anything he could about litigation and trial practice. George continued working at the AG’s office through law school where he attended jury trials with seasoned litigators on complex negligence and employment cases.
From 2003 until 2010, George worked as staff counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company where he earned a reputation for innovative litigation strategies and attention to detail. Throughout his dozens of first-chaired civil jury trials, George has seamlessly blended traditional trial techniques with modern technology for winning results. George has also handled appeals throughout the state and arbitrated countless cases. He is a frequent speaker on courtroom technology, trial practice, and law firm efficiency.
In addition to his busy trial practice, George also serves as an arbitrator in King and Pierce Counties. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and trying to keep up with his two young and busy children.
